Coronavirus Policy

On arrival

Clients are screened on arrival.  

  • Have you tested positive for COVID-19, or been in contact with someone who has in the past 14 days?

  • Do you have the following symptoms: fever, dry cough, body aches, headaches, sore throat, shortness of breath, loss of taste and /or smell.

If you answer yes to any of the above you will be offered an alternative appointment.

Appointments

All appointments are pre-booked only.  I ask in particular that you turn up on time – not too early and not late – as I will only be permitting you in at your allocated appointment time.  
Appointment times will be extended to minimise your contact with other clients and to allow for thorough cleaning between appointments.

Treatment Room

Used towels and linen will be deposited in a closed container and taken away to be laundered. 

Clean towels, sheets and robes will be stored in a clean closed cabinet.

Face masks & disposable gloves will be available for clients, if required.

Sanitising between clients

Clients will be required to use hand sanitiser, that will be provided, as you enter the salon.  These measures are for everyone’s safety and reassurance so we hope you’ll not find them an undue inconvenience.   To maintain the highest possible standards of cleanliness, sanitising hand gel & tissues will be available around the salon.  


All equipment, towels and couches, door knobs, banister, pens and payment machines will be sterilised after use in preparation for the next customer.

I hope all of the above helps reassure you that you’ll be in safe hands when I next see you.  I'm looking forward to seeing you again and want your visit to be as safe as possible.  I know some businesses are increasing their prices to reflect the additions safety measures, rest assured my prices remain the same.
